Reporting to the Bylaw Services Supervisor, the Ferry Traffic Marshals perform traffic flagging duties on Bowen Island during peak ferry travel periods including high-volume vehicle traffic and congestion, especially during ferry sailing irregularities and cancellations. Shifts are scheduled in advance by Bylaw Services with the possibility of additional shifts as needed.
Availability on weekends and statutory holidays is mandatory.
