Molly Quarry

Molly is an avid mover who finds joy in all types of movement, whether it’s hiking with her family dog, hopping on a mountain bike, or hitting the gym. She especially loves being active outdoors. Molly grew up playing high-performance soccer, which led her to represent Team Canada at the U20 level and pursue NCAA Division I soccer at both the University of Montana and the University of San Diego.

Her passion for understanding how to keep the body healthy and performing at its best so people can continue doing the things they love led her to earn a degree in Integrated Physiology. This field of study focuses on the connection between the body and the brain, and how they work together to support optimal performance.
