PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A Board of Variance application has been submitted for 1289 Scarborough Rd (shown on figure) to reduce rear and side setbacks.  Variance is to facilitate replacement of two existing sheds with one accessory building that will serve as garage and workshop.

The application may also be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
