Project Description

A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1771 Arbutus Point Rd (shown on map) to allow for a retaining wall.

Their application is to request an increase to the maximum height of a retaining wall from 0.6 m to 1.16 m. The retaining wall also has a beach access staircase.
